About me

Anna van de Pol

I was a high-performing international manager and a devoted mother and wife — doing everything I could to keep it all together. On the outside, I looked successful. Inside, I was running on empty. The stress, the masks, the endless demands — it all became too much. Finally in 2017 I ended up in burnout. Today I know this wasn’t a breakdown; it was a necessary wake-up call.

On my own recovery journey, I discovered the Japanese art of Kintsugi — where broken pottery is repaired with gold, making the cracks part of its beauty. It became the perfect metaphor for my life and for the work I now do. Burnout wasn’t something to erase; it was an invitation to rebuild with deeper honesty, strength, and grace.

I was so profoundly impacted by the transformation — and by the power of being coached through it — that I decided to become a certified systemic coach. Today I’m here not to rescue you. I’m here to walk beside you with the tools and wisdom to help you rise.

How long does the coaching program last?
